Subtext: Inspiring the creative community

Some call it an art gallery, others call it a bookstore. I call it one of my favorite shops west of the Mississippi. Located in downtown San Diego, Subtext is an art enthusiasts best friend. Lowbrow artists from around the world showcase their work while design-geeks such as myself spend hours thumbing through hard-to-find books on logos, photography, street art, illustration and architecture. Their upcoming custom vinyl show features fifty emerging artists and kicks off Friday, November 14th.
