Here’s what the obituary of a ladies’ man, foodie, natty dresser, and accomplished traveler looks like

Harry Weathersby Stamps died this past weekend, and his daughter Amanda Lewis memorialized him in a witty, at times hilarious, obituary. Ladies and gents, this is not your typical eulogy. This is a true celebration of life.

“He had a life-long love affair with deviled eggs, Lane cakes, boiled peanuts, Vienna [Vi-e-na] sausages on saltines, his homemade canned fig preserves, pork chops, turnip greens, and buttermilk served in martini glasses garnished with cornbread.”
