Holiday Matinee started in ‘98, working with bands, artists, filmmakers, tech startups, clothing companies, TV networks and everything in between. Ten years and thousands of frequent flyer miles later HOLIDAY MATINEE has emerged as an addictive destination for people who crave forward thinking, creative perspectives in a format that reads like conversation. WHY THE NAME HOLIDAY MATINEE?

Like most kids raised Jewish, there was no single day filled with more boredom than Christmas. While friends were opening presents, I ate Chinese food and played cards with my parents. During high school I started taking my Grandmother to see a matinee during Christmas. It was typically an over-the-top blockbuster but it was fun and has become tradition ever since.
