A school that educates in more ways than one

The METI School designed by Anna Heringer and Eike Roswag is a building project in Rudrapur, Bangladesh that does more than just teach kids. It shows the people who live in that area the goodness of using the resources they already have in rural building development. By showing the benefits of good design (which you know we like a lot) and planning, the quality of life could be improved for the people in rural areas and jobs can be created. Now everyone is happy and there can be rainbows, sparkles, and unicorns all around. (via ArchDaily)
