By taking something ordinary and turning it into something worth talking about, Reuben and Yael Miller discovered an entirely new brand asset inspired by something that’s usually a bit dull: the bar code. Usually people are eager to peel the bar codes off of their new purchases, but what if they ended up loving the bar codes a little bit too much? Thanks to Vanity Barcodes, that might just happen. This is a little business responsible for taking bar codes on products and making them absolutely fabulous. The Millers, the founders of this unique endeavor, basically transform these black-and-white things into pretty images you’d be ashamed to peel off or throw away (like really nice gift wrap or a really fancy shoebox). It’d definitely cost extra for businesses who want it, but at least we can all just enjoy looking at the possibilities…

LOVE this. Some additional info on the history of the barcode, what the world would be like without barcodes, and the problems they solve can be found here: http://www.searchfortheobvious.com/object/barcode
These are awesome! Thanks for sharing!
The rain cloud one is brilliant, I like the garden too.
