It might sound like the classic David and Goliath story, but a group of creative professionals is dead set on taking over all the advertisements in Times Square for an entire day. Artist Justus Bruns is trying to change they way we think about public art, and his Times Square to Art Square (TS2AS) project is starting to gain momentum.
